We are located in Rohini Sector 3, right on the main road at 91 E 19. Being on a main road means there’s always something happening outside our door. It’s a busy spot, and we get quite a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. We have shelves filled with what we need, and we try to keep things in some kind of order, though it doesn't always stay that way. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask questions or pick things up, and we spend a lot of our time just chatting and helping them find what they’re looking for. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use any fancy systems or have a big corporate structure. It’s just us running the show and making sure we have enough stock on hand. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the Delhi traffic, and we just have to wait it out. We have a little corner where we keep the accounts and the register. It’s nothing special to look at, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the locals recognize us. We don't go around making big claims about being the best or anything. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and close up when the day is done. It’s a simple way to earn a living and stay involved in the Rohini community without any of that unnecessary corporate talk.
