Myra Foils

Down at D-1583 in the Narela Industrial Area, you’ll find Myra Foils. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s all warehouses and factories around here. We work with foil rolls and packaging materials. The building is basically a large shed with machines for cutting and winding. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have fans going. The noise from the machines is constant, so we’ve all gotten used to shouting a little bit to be heard. We aren't a high-end boutique. We’re a factory. We take big rolls of foil and turn them into whatever the customers need. There are stacks of pallets everywhere and forklifts moving stuff around. We have a crew that’s been working these machines for years. They know exactly how to handle the material so it doesn't tear. It’s physical work and your hands get dirty, but it’s what we do. We don't have a sales pitch or a fancy mission statement. We just make the foil and load it onto the trucks. Narela is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where all the manufacturing happens. We like it here because we have the space we need. If you need to find us, just look for the big D-1583 sign on the corner. We’ll probably be inside working on a new batch of orders. There’s always a lot of scrap metal around that needs to be cleared out, but that’s just how factory life is.
