Kailash Sushil Associates

We’ve been set up here in Delhi for a while now, right in the 110052 area. It’s a busy spot but we like it. The office is where most of the work happens, dealing with clients who come in with all sorts of paperwork and questions about their projects. Kailash Sushil Associates isn't a huge place with fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at our desks, taking calls and making sure things get done correctly. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. People usually find us because they need someone local who understands how things work around here. We don’t really do much advertising. It’s mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. The work can be a bit dry sometimes, looking at documents and checking details, but it’s what we do. We try to be helpful when someone walks through the door, even if they just need directions. Delhi is a big city and it's easy to get lost in the shuffle, so having a steady place like ours matters. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Buildings going up and shops closing down, but we are still here doing our bit. Most days start early with a cup of tea and a look at the files for the day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we take it seriously. We are glad to be part of the community here.
