Iqk Estates & Agro Projects Llp

We are based at 10B Lajpat Rai Marg. It is a fairly well-known road so people usually find us without too much trouble. We do work related to estates and agro projects. The building is one of those older styles with thick walls. It stays relatively cool inside even when the sun is beating down on the street. We have a few large tables where we spread out our documents and plans. It is not a very formal environment. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors and checking on various project details. There is a small courtyard area where we sometimes go to take a break. The plants there are a bit overgrown but it’s nice to have some green around. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We handle a lot of the work ourselves instead of hiring outsiders. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming but we just chip away at it day by day. It’s steady work and we like the location because it’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We don't really have a reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you about the projects.
