Century Seeds

Century Seeds is based right near Kamla Nehru Park at the Old Sabzi Mandi. It is an old area with a lot of history and plenty of activity every single morning. Our address is 3675, and you can usually find us there from dawn until late afternoon. The smell of the market is something you get used to pretty quickly. We handle seeds for farmers and gardeners, keeping them in bags and containers throughout the shop. It isn't a showroom by any means. It is more of a warehouse feel where things are stacked according to what is in season. People come in with dirt on their hands sometimes, asking what will grow best in their patch of land. We tell them what we have on the shelves. The shop is a bit dusty because of the seeds and the street traffic, but that is just the nature of the work. We have been at this location for years, watching the park across the way change through the seasons. It is a simple setup with a counter, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of storage space in the back. We do not have a website that does much, we mostly just talk to people face-to-face. It is a practical way to run things. The Old Sabzi Mandi is a loud place, but we like the energy of it. Century Seeds stays busy because people always need to plant something new.
