We are Innovative Design Engineering Animation Pvt Ltd. Most people around here just call us by a shorter name because the full one is a mouthful. Our office is in a DDA MIG flat in Ashok Vihar Phase-1. It is J/1A to be exact. Using a flat as an office gives it a different feel than a commercial building. It feels a bit more like a home, which we actually like. We do engineering and animation work here. It takes a lot of computer power, so the room is usually full of the sound of computer fans running. We have been in this part of North Delhi for quite some time. The area is mostly families, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets nearby. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the flat. There is usually some paper lying around and a few half-empty coffee mugs. We are a small team of people. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to open the door. It is a simple way of working. We are not interested in looking polished or corporate. We just want to finish the animations and designs we have on our plates. The lighting in the flat is okay, but we use extra lamps for the detailed engineering work. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood.
