You can find us at shop 608 in the Lajpat Rai Market area. It is one of those places where you have to watch your step because there are always boxes being moved around. We handle a lot of different electronic items. Some days it is very hectic with people asking for prices and checking out different models. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to stack things high. It makes the shop feel a bit small, but it works for us. The lighting isn't the best, but we know our way around. We’ve been in this market for years, seeing shops come and go while we just stay here at the same spot. Most of our day is spent unboxing stuff or testing things out for customers who want to be sure before they buy. We use a lot of tape and brown paper for packing. The fans overhead are always humming, trying to keep the place cool, but it stays pretty warm with all the equipment running. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything. If someone needs something, they ask, and we see if it’s on the shelf. It’s a busy life in the market, but we like the energy of it. There is always someone walking by or a delivery coming in. It can be exhausting but it's okay.
