Fidelity

We are based out of C 24 in Model Town III. It is a nice part of Delhi, and we have been lucky to be here for quite some time. The name Fidelity is on our door, but we are just a small group of people doing our daily work. The office is in a residential block, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We have a couple of computers, a printer that jams every once in a while, and a lot of notebooks. Our day starts with a round of tea while we figure out what needs to be done first. It is mostly service-related stuff, helping folks with their requirements without making a big fuss about it. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a fortune, and we don't do any big advertising. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who were sent our way by friends. We just focus on doing a solid day of work and going home. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and we can hear them while we are trying to focus, but we don't mind. It makes the place feel alive. It is a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and make sure our clients are taken care of. It can be a bit slow in the afternoons, but that gives us time to catch up on filing or just chat for a bit about the news.
