Crown Sales

We are over at Hauz Qazi Chowk, on the first floor of building 383. This part of Delhi is always moving, and it never really gets quiet until late at night. Crown Sales is right in the thick of the hardware and tool market. Our shop is on the first floor, so you have to walk up some narrow stairs to find us. It’s an old building, and the walls have seen a lot of years. We keep the shelves stocked with all sorts of items, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of room. The counter is usually where we spend most of our time, talking to people who come in looking for specific parts for their projects. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and checking the stock. We don't have a website with fancy buttons; we just talk to our customers face-to-face. Sometimes the traffic in the Chowk is so bad that deliveries take twice as long as they should. We just deal with it. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. There isn't much to the place other than the goods we sell and the people who come to buy them. It’s just how business is done in this part of town, without any unnecessary extras or fancy talk.
