City Investment & Insurance is a small office located at 5 Model Town II, right near the Police Lines. We have been in this neighborhood for quite a while now, helping people out with their different insurance papers and investment questions. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets where we keep all the records. Most of our day is spent looking over forms, making phone calls, and talking to neighbors who drop by to ask about their policies. It is not one of those big fancy financial firms; it is just a local office where we know most of the people who walk in. Being near the Police Lines means the area is pretty familiar to everyone around here. We deal with life insurance, car insurance, and various ways for people to save their money for the future. Sometimes the paperwork can get a bit confusing for folks, so we try to explain it in a way that makes sense. We aren’t trying to sell anyone anything they don’t need, we just provide the information and help them fill out the boxes. The office can get a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. It is a steady kind of business, and we like being part of the Model Town community. We just keep our heads down and do the work honestly.
