Buildarch

Buildarch is located over at C-185 in Sarvodaya Enclave. New Delhi has a lot of these quiet spots, and this one is pretty decent to work from. We handle building stuff and architectural things from this office. It’s not a huge corporate space. It’s more like a place where we can actually think and get things on paper. The 110017 area is where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes we have to deal with the 110006 side of things too, which is just how the paperwork goes here. The office itself is full of rolls of paper and samples. It’s usually a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The trees around Sarvodaya Enclave are nice, they give a bit of shade when the Delhi heat gets really bad in the summer. We’ve been around for a while, just doing the work day by day. We don't have a big reception or anyone in suits. Most of the time we are just wearing regular clothes and trying to figure out a design or a structural issue. It’s a plain way of working, but it works for us. Getting here is easy enough if you know the south Delhi streets. We just like to keep it simple and keep the projects moving along. It is a steady pace in a busy city. We are just a local team doing our bit in Sarvodaya Enclave.
