Shine Architect

Shine Architect is located at 2149, Kingsway Camp in Delhi. We are on the Outram Line, which is very close to the Gtb Nagar Metro Station. It’s a very busy part of Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our door. Being near the metro is great because it makes it easy for people to reach us from all over the city. Our office is a typical Delhi workspace—it’s functional and compact. We spend our days designing buildings and working on architectural plans for a variety of clients. Some are looking to build new homes, while others want to fix up old shops. We take on a bit of everything. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have our drafting stations set up and a small area where we can sit and talk through ideas with anyone who drops in. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk because we believe the drawings should speak for themselves. We just try to be honest about what’s possible within a budget and the local regulations. It’s a practical office for practical people. If you’re coming by metro, it’s just a short walk from the Gtb Nagar exit. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan on staying here for many more years to come.
