Hi Tech Architects

We are located at Office Number 301 on Princess Road. It’s in Model Town, right near the metro station and Tagore Park Extension. Being near the metro makes it easy for folks to drop by without having to drive through too much traffic. We are an architecture firm, but we don't act like those high-end, fancy studios you see in the magazines. Our space is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of paper, pens, and laptops everywhere. Hi Tech Architects has been around this part of Delhi for a bit now. We spend our days sketching out ideas or checking on how a construction site is coming along. It’s a lot of back and forth with different contractors and clients. Sometimes the drawings take much longer than we expected, and we end up staying quite late into the evening. The view from the third floor isn't much to look at, just the busy street and people below. We like being in Model Town because it’s a lively area with good food nearby. We don't use big words to explain our designs to people; we just show them what will actually work for their specific space. It's a lot of practical thinking and measuring things more than once. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We just keep working on the next project and hope the weather stays good for the work sites. That is how we get things done.
