Abhay Pratap Associates

Our office is in the Usha Kiran Building, right near Akash Cinema in Azadpur. It’s a busy commercial complex, so there is always something going on outside. You can hear the sounds of the market and the people going to catch a movie. We are at G-8, which is on the ground level. It makes it convenient because the elevators in this building aren't always working like they should. Inside Abhay Pratap Associates, it’s mostly just rows of files and some old wooden chairs for people to sit on. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The building shows its age, but it’s a good spot for us. There’s a lot of paper moving across the desks every day. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to drown out some of the street noise. It’s not a quiet place, but you get used to it. Sometimes we go out to the small stalls nearby to get lunch. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come in with questions. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything. It is just a simple office where the rest of us stay busy from morning till evening. It’s practical and it works for what we do. The parking is always a headache around here, but that’s just how it is in Azadpur. We just get through the day and head home when the sun goes down.
