Beauty House

Beauty House is located at number 239 in Chandni Chowk. If you know this area, you know how crowded and loud it can get. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been here for a long time, selling all sorts of things for people to use. The shop is narrow and the ceiling is high, with shelves going all the way up. We use a ladder to reach the stuff at the top. It’s not a modern beauty parlor with white lights and soft music. It’s a traditional Chandni Chowk shop. We have boxes everywhere and the floor is worn down from all the feet walking over it. We don't have a website or an app. People just come in and ask for what they need, and we find it for them. Sometimes it takes a minute because the shop is so full of inventory. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors because many of them are. We see the same people every week. It gets very busy during festival times and we barely have room to move inside. We don't use fancy bags or have a branding team. We just wrap things up and say thank you. It’s a plain and simple way to do business, and it’s how things have worked in this market for generations. We don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon because it works for us.
