We are located at Ab-201 in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. The pincode is 110088. It is a residential area mostly, so our setup is quite peaceful compared to the main market. We deal with exports, which means there is always something being boxed up or checked. The office is part of the building at Ab-201 and it serves its purpose. We have shelves filled with different items and catalogs. It’s not a fancy boutique, just a place where the business side of things happens. Shalimar Bagh is a familiar neighborhood for us, and we like the local feel of it. Usually, we start early to catch up with different time zones since we are exporting. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s when everyone takes a break. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s more about making sure the orders are correct and the shipping is on time. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. People sometimes stop by to ask what we do, and we just tell them we handle the beauty exports from here. It is a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping things moving. It gets a bit hot in the summer but the fans help. We like the quiet evenings when the work is done and we can close up for the day. It’s a good spot.
