B R Narula & Sons is located at 4785 Ram Bazar in Chandni Chowk. If you know anything about Chandni Chowk, you know how incredibly narrow the lanes are and how many people are constantly moving through them. Our place is right in the thick of it all. Ram Bazar is a busy section of the market. We’ve been here for a long time, and the family name has been on the door for a few generations now. It’s a small shop, packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. There isn’t much room to move around inside, but we know where every single item is kept. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment if you aren't used to the fast pace of old Delhi. We deal with our customers face-to-face every day. There’s no corporate office or fancy website management going on here. We just handle the stock, talk to the people who walk in, and keep the records in our handwritten books. The noise from the street is constant—horns, people shouting, and the general hum of the market. We don't have any grand missions or goals. We just want to keep the shop running like it always has for years. It’s a traditional way of doing business, and it works just fine for us. We stay open late most nights because the market never really seems to sleep. It’s just our daily life here and we wouldn't have it any other way.
