We are located at 6, Ajay Bijli Market, which is part of the Shah Ganj area. It’s an old part of the city, and the market is always crowded with people and rickshaws. Our address covers 2865-66, so we have a bit of room, but it still feels tight when we have a lot of stock coming in. The building is quite old, with those narrow stairs and high ceilings you find in these traditional markets. We deal with engineering supplies and parts mostly. It’s a very noisy environment because of all the traders nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really have a showroom; it's more of a functional space where we store goods and handle the technical side of things. The light in the office isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing with the blueprints and invoices. In the afternoons, someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone from the stall around the corner. We aren't a big corporation with fancy branding. We are just a group of engineers and clerks trying to get the right parts to the right people. It can be chaotic when three trucks show up at once in that narrow street, but we always find a way to manage the load.
