Aaggarwal Traders

Aaggarwal Traders is based over at E-73 in the Bawana Industrial Area. We are quite close to Labor Chowk, so there are always people around looking for work or waiting for transport. The area is very industrial, lots of warehouses and factories all packed together. Our place is basically a large shed where we keep all our stock. It can get very cold in the winter and boiling in the summer, but we just deal with it. We don't have a showroom. If you want to see what we have, you have to come into the warehouse and look through the crates yourself. We deal with a lot of different goods, mostly whatever is in demand in the Bawana area. The paperwork is mostly done on an old wooden desk near the entrance. We aren't the most organized people, sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find exactly what a customer wants. We don't use any fancy management software, just a notebook and some pens. Most of our customers are regular contractors who know us by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers. The traffic near Labor Chowk can be a nightmare in the mornings, so we try to get our deliveries out early. It's a tough environment, but it's where we work. We just keep the gates open and wait for the next load to arrive. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy.
