Sant Ram & Sons has been operating out of the Wazirpur Industrial Area at A-87/A for a long time. It’s an old-school kind of place. You can tell by the way we do things. We don’t go for the latest gadgets if the old ones still work fine. The air in Wazirpur is always heavy with the sound of machinery and the smell of metal or oil. Our shop is no different. We spend the day working on whatever orders have come in. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone around who knows the history of the place. We don’t use much corporate talk here. We just say what needs saying and get back to the machines. Sometimes the power goes out or a part breaks, and we spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of life in an industrial area. We make things, we fix things, and we sell things. The office part is just a desk with a lot of papers and an old calendar. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid day's work and keep the name Sant Ram & Sons going. People come to us because they know we’ve been at A-87/A forever and we aren't going anywhere. It’s about being there every morning and making sure the work is finished before we lock up for the night.
