Pachisia Multitech Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is out in Langalpota, in the Bishnupur area of Rajarhat. It’s a bit of a drive out here in the 24 Parganas North, but it’s where we have the space we need for Pachisia Multitech Pvt. Ltd. We deal with various technical things and manufacturing, mostly focusing on what our clients in the region need. The road out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when the rains hit, but we make it work somehow. We aren't one of those big fancy tech companies you see in the city centers with glass walls and coffee bars. We’re more about the actual work on the floor. Our team is a mix of people from the local villages and some folks who come in from further away. We spend our days managing the production lines and making sure the quality is decent enough to pass the checks. Sometimes we have issues with the supply chain or a machine parts taking forever to arrive, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We’ve been in this part of Rajarhat for a while now, and we’ve seen the landscape change from mostly fields to having more small factories like ours. It’s a quiet enough place to work, and we just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have. We don't talk ourselves up much; we just let the finished products speak for themselves. That's the way we've always done things here.
