LION India

We are located at No.200 on Daskhindari Road, right inside the Bird Jute Mill Compound. It’s an old place with a lot of history. You can feel the age of the buildings when you walk around the compound. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the old structures. The walls are thick and it stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. LION India is just what we call ourselves, but mostly we’re just a group of people working out of this space. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks coming in and out of the industrial area. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. Most people find us because they already know the compound. Our daily routine is pretty set. We get in early, check what needs to be shipped out or worked on, and just get to it. Sometimes the neighbors in the compound are loud, but it’s a working environment, so nobody complains. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things tend to wander off when we get busy. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s a practical workspace where we spend our hours. We like the location because it feels established. It has a certain character that you don't find in modern glass buildings. We just keep doing our thing here and focus on the day-to-day tasks that come our way.
