Right off the Barrackpore Kalyani Express Way in Madral, you can find Novatech Projects India Pvt. Ltd. Being out here in Kankinara means we have a bit more space than the offices in the city center. It’s a busy area, especially with all the trucks and traffic moving along the expressway all day long. We’ve been here in the North 24 Parganas district for some time now. Our day usually starts pretty early to beat the noise. The work we do involves a lot of technical stuff and planning for different projects that come our way. We have a small team here that looks at drawings and handles the paperwork needed for the sites. It can get dusty sometimes because of the road construction nearby, but we’re used to it. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we can sit down and get the math right. We talk to a lot of contractors and suppliers who stop by on their way through the district. It’s a practical location for us since we can get to different sites fairly easily from the main road. Most of our furniture is just basic desks and chairs piled with folders. We don't spend much on decorating because we're usually too busy figuring out project schedules. It's just a group of us trying to keep everything on track without making too much of a fuss or acting like we are some big corporate office.
