Hazinagar is a quiet enough place for this kind of work, though Mazdoor Sarani can get a bit loud during the festival seasons or when the local markets are in full swing. We do not have a big team of executives, just a few of us who understand the technical side of engineering. We drink a lot of tea while looking at blue prints and figuring out the best way to move forward with a project. It is a steady kind of life here.
