Our office for Vm Placement Services (P) Ltd. is situated in Village Kulesara. This is out in the Gautam Budh Nagar district near Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh. It’s not in one of those tall glass buildings you see in the main city. Instead, we are right here in the village area where things are a bit more slow-paced and dusty. We handle a lot of work related to finding jobs for people in the surrounding industrial areas. The office is a simple place with tiled floors and some basic metal cupboards for all our files. We have a lot of walk-ins, people from the village or nearby towns looking for work. We sit down with them and see what they can do. It’s very hands-on work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. We have a small cooler for water and a few plastic chairs in the waiting area. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the community here. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we don't have long commutes. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. It is an honest living, helping folks find a way to earn their own. We’ve been in Kulesara for a while and don't plan on moving. There is always someone new stopping by.
