We are out in Sadapur Ki Jhall in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a bit away from the main city centers, but there are plenty of people living around here who need our help. Our shop is where folks come for their phone needs. We do a lot of recharges and sell those small scratch cards for data. The building isn't anything special, just a regular storefront on the side of the road. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work to keep from getting bored. It gets quite hot in the summer, so I have a big fan running all day long. People stop by on their way home to pay their bills or ask about new data plans that might save them some money. I try to keep things simple. If a phone is broken, I take a look, but I’m honest if I can’t fix it myself. We don't have a lot of stock, just the things people use every day. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so I’m always cleaning the floor with a rag to keep it decent. It’s a one-man operation most of the time. I like talking to the regulars who come in every month to top up their phones. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don’t do any big advertising around here. People just know we are the place to go in this part of Sadapur. We stay open until the sun goes down.
