Team4U A Randstad Company

Our office is over at C-141 on the second floor in Sector 40, Noida. It is headed up by Tumul Singh and a few other folks. Even though we are part of Randstad, the vibe here at Team4U is very much like a local team. Sector 40 is a pretty standard part of Noida, and our building is easy enough to spot. We spend most of our time dealing with hiring and people stuff. There are always resumes lying around and schedules pinned to the boards. It is a bit of a whirlwind some days when we have lots of people coming in for interviews. The second floor can get a bit stuffy, so we usually have the fans going. We do not have a fancy reception area with a TV or anything. It is just a desk and someone to point you in the right direction. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Some of us have been working together for years, so we have our own way of doing things that might look a bit disorganized to an outsider. But we know where everything is. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. It is a lot of phone calls and emails. We like the neighborhood here; it has got some good spots for tea and snacks just down the road.
