Shivam Telecom

Our shop, Shivam Telecom, is located right in the Main Market of Nithari in Sector 31, at spot number 12. If you know the area, you know how packed the market gets, especially on the weekends. We’ve been operating here for several years now, mostly helping people with their mobile needs. It’s a busy life behind the counter. We handle everything from simple recharges to more complicated hardware fixes. A lot of the time, people come in because their phone battery is dying too fast or they can’t get the camera to work. We also keep a variety of accessories on hand, like data cables and power banks, which people seem to need all the time. The shop isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a regular place with a lot of phone stuff on the walls. We take pride in just being helpful and not making things more complicated than they have to be. Sometimes it’s just about cleaning a dusty speaker or resetting a forgotten password. Nithari is a lively place to work, and being in the main market means we see all sorts of people every day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a modest business, but it serves the people living around Sector 31 well enough. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way without any unnecessary fuss.
