Shiv Om Telecom

At Shiv Om Telecom, we are located in the Harola area of Sector 5. This is a very lively part of town, and there’s always a lot of foot traffic right outside our door. Our shop is quite modest, just a single room with a repair bench and some display cabinets for the accessories we sell. We spend most of our time repairing mobile phones, which means a lot of squinting at tiny screws and delicate ribbons. It’s the kind of place where the neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don't need anything fixed. We’ve got a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news, though it’s hard to hear over the noise of the street. The shelves are filled with boxes of spare parts, and it’s a bit of a challenge to keep everything organized. We don’t have a marketing team or a polished image; we just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to explain that to the customer, which isn't always easy. The lighting is a bit harsh because we need to see what we are doing with the electronics. We’ve been in Harola for a while, and we’ve become a part of the daily life here. It’s just a small shop where we try to do a good job and keep things moving.
