Vardman Threads

Our place is at B-47 in Sector-6, Noida. It’s a standard industrial plot in a neighborhood full of similar businesses. There is a lot of activity on this street, with delivery bikes and trucks moving around all day. We work with threads here. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the rows of spools and the smell of the warehouse. It’s not a very quiet place because there’s always something being loaded or moved. We have a small crew that handles everything from the inventory to the actual shipping. The office part is just a couple of desks partitioned off from the main floor. It gets a bit dusty because of the threads, so we are always wiping things down. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just deal with the people who need thread and try to get the orders right. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is common around here, so we just wait it out or use the backup. We all know each other well and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we are busy. We usually wear old clothes because you’re bound to get some grease or lint on you. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we go sometimes. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we just focus on the thread business and getting through the daily list of chores.
