Satguru Telecom

Satguru Telecom is tucked away in Village Chalera, which is part of Sector 44. It’s a bit of a tight area with narrow lanes and lots of motorcycles zooming by, but it’s always full of life. We’ve been operating here for some time now, mostly helping the locals with their mobile needs. Whether it is a cracked screen or a battery that won't hold a charge, we see it all. The shop is small and we’ve filled every inch of the walls with covers, cables, and other small items people might need. It's a bit cramped when three or four customers come in at once, but we manage. We don't have any formal training in big business, we just learned by doing the work day after day. Most of what we do is practical. Someone comes in with a problem, and we try to find a solution that doesn't cost them too much. We know most of the families in Chalera because they’ve been coming to us for years. It feels more like a community spot than a retail store sometimes. We spend a lot of time just talking to people while we fix their devices at the small workbench. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a desk with some screwdrivers and a soldering iron. We stay open late because that's when most people are free to come by after their jobs. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know how to do.
