You can find us over at E 6/1, on the 1st Floor of the Paryavaran Complex on Ignou Road in Saket. This Samsung location has been around for a while now, and we’re pretty well-known to the people who live nearby. It’s not a huge place, just a standard office and service area where we look at phones and other electronics that aren't behaving right. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a straightforward setup. We spend most of our time diagnosing issues or explaining things to customers who are frustrated because their screens cracked. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a job, and we try to do it right so people can get back to their lives. The Ignou Road area gets really congested during rush hour, so we usually see a lot of people dropping by right when we open or just before we close. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know the drill by now. There’s no big corporate vibe; it’s more like a local workshop where everyone knows each other’s names. We just keep our heads down, fix the gadgets, and try to stay organized amidst all the small parts and tools scattered around the benches.
