Saifi Mobile Points

Saifi Mobile Points is in Sector 128 of G B Nagar. It’s a straightforward shop where we deal with all kinds of mobile phone needs. We moved into this area because it seemed like it was growing, and we wanted to be part of that. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have glass counters where we display different phone models and accessories. Most of our customers are people who live in the apartments nearby. They come to us for everything from a new phone case to help with a software issue. We don't have a large team, just me and another person who helps out with the technical stuff. The days can be quite long, as we stay open until late in the evening to accommodate people coming back from work. The street outside is still being developed, so there’s often a bit of construction noise and dust. We try to keep the shop clean, but it’s a constant battle. We don’t do much in the way of marketing or advertising. Most of our business comes from people walking by or neighbors telling each other about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work well for us. We enjoy the chance to talk to different people every day and help them get their phones working again. It’s a decent spot, and we plan to stay here for a while. Usually, we close up around nine at night and head home.
