Sai Communication

Sai Communication is right in the middle of Bhoja Market in Sector 27. If you know the market, you know it’s always crowded and noisy. We’ve been here for a few years, selling mobile top-ups and different accessories like neckbands and Bluetooth speakers. The shop is squeezed between a garment store and a sweet shop. It’s a lively place to work. I spend my day talking to customers and trying to figure out why their phones aren’t catching the signal. Bhoja Market is the go-to place for everyone in Sector 27, so we see a lot of different people. I keep the shop open seven days a week because Sunday is actually our busiest day. That's when everyone is off work and has time to get their screen replaced or buy a new memory card. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel. It gets a bit hot in here during the afternoon because the sun hits the front of the shop directly. I’ve got a small fan but it doesn't do much. People mostly come to us because we're easy to find. I don't use any fancy software for the shop, just a diary to keep track of repairs. It’s a simple way to run things and it has worked for me so far.
