You can find us at D 111 in Jhilmil Colony, over in the Shahdara area of New Delhi. It’s a pretty packed neighborhood, very typical for this part of the city. We do a lot of communication-related work, mostly dealing with cables, connections, and basic tech support for people in the area or businesses nearby. The office is tucked away, and it’s not very big. We have a few vans that go out for field work, and the rest of us stay inside handling the phones and the billing. It gets dusty, being right near the main roads, so we’re always wiping down the desks. There’s always a bit of chaos with the wires and equipment lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We’ve been in Jhilmil for a while, so we know the neighbors and where to get the good chai when we need a break. The summers are tough here, but we’ve got a decent cooler that helps. It’s mostly a bunch of us trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We just answer the calls, fix the line issues, and make sure the paperwork is filed away correctly at the end of every day. It’s honest work in a busy part of Delhi. We just try to get things fixed as fast as we can, even when the traffic is bad.
