Riya Communication

Riya Communication is situated on the busy Futa Road in Pragati Vihar, right near the CRP Camp in Khora Colony. If you've ever been to Khora, you know it's one of the most crowded places you can find. There's always dust in the air and the sound of horns from the main road. Our shop is at number 30, and it’s a tiny slice of space in a very loud neighborhood. We do a lot of mobile recharges and sell those small items like screen guards or phone cases. Because we are near the CRP Camp, we get all sorts of people coming in. It’s a fast-paced environment. You have to be quick because no one wants to wait around in the heat for too long. The shop itself is pretty simple, just a counter and some shelves. I spend most of my day standing or sitting on a tall stool, talking to customers through the glass. It’s a bit of a grind, but I like being in the middle of all that energy. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s normal for this part of town. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to serve the folks living in Khora Colony and make sure they can make their calls and use their apps. It’s a simple life on Futa Road. We've been here for a while and we know most of the shopkeepers on this block, so it feels like a little community.
