We are located at B-7, Sector-3. This is where we handle the technical side of mattress springs and inner components. The facility is mostly full of heavy machinery that bends wire and coils steel. It’s a noisy place, and you have to speak up to be heard over the sound of the machines. We’ve got stacks of steel wire in one corner and finished spring units waiting to be shipped in another. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. We usually just talk over a cup of tea in the small area near the entrance. The air smells a bit like oil and metal. We focus on getting the tension right and making sure the dimensions are exactly what the mattress manufacturers asked for. It’s a lot of manual checking and testing. Our team is mostly guys who have been working with machinery for a long time. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just make the springs. The sector gets a bit muddy when it rains, and the parking is always a bit of a scramble with all the delivery vehicles. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and keep going until the daily production quota is met. It’s straightforward, honest work that requires a lot of attention to the machines. We’ve been at this for a while and we know how to keep the production lines moving without much fuss.
