Natco Exports (Odyssey)

Our office is at A-106 in Sector-5. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The space is a mix of an office and a small staging area for exports. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the nature of the business—customs forms, shipping manifests, and all those logistics details that keep things moving across borders. There are always stacks of folders on every desk and the sound of the printer going. We call it Odyssey internally sometimes, but the board outside says Natco. It’s a busy atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and warehouse managers. The room is a bit cluttered with samples of the things we export, ranging from small trinkets to larger items. We don't have a fancy lounge for visitors; usually, people just pull up a plastic chair and we talk over the noise of the fan. The building is a standard sector structure, nothing special to look at, but it works for us. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and heat up our lunches. The traffic in Sector-5 can be a bit of a mess during peak hours, so we try to time our deliveries for the early morning. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure nothing gets stuck at the port. We just try to stay organized and get through the daily list of tasks without too many hiccups. It’s about making sure the labels match the boxes.
