Being over here in the Jaina Extension at Dr Mukerjee Nagar keeps us busy all day. Our office is on the third floor of the commercial complex, number 305, and there is always a lot of coming and going. We mostly handle parcels and documents for people in the neighborhood and the businesses nearby. It gets pretty crowded in the hallways sometimes with all the delivery guys moving in and out. The phones are usually ringing with people asking about their tracking or wanting to know how long a package will take to get to another city. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many boxes piled up, it can look a bit messy to an outsider. It’s a lot of sorting through labels and making sure the right bag gets on the right bike or van. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow when we are trying to log everything in, which is frustrating, but we get through it. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a straightforward job, just getting things from one point to another. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the packages don't sit around for too long. It is fast work and can be stressful when things are backed up or the traffic stops our riders.
