Our office is located in Sector 11 Jhundpura. It is a place where we have been operating for quite a while. Jhundpura is a bit of a maze if you don't know it, but we have our spot set up and the drivers know where to find us. We deal with trucks and moving goods across different routes. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on where the vehicles are. Sometimes there are delays because of the weather or the roads being blocked, which is pretty common here. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just transport. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for a long time. We know the local area and the main highways quite well. When a truck comes in, we get it sorted out and sent back on its way as quickly as we can. The office is simple, just some desks and chairs and piles of paperwork that never seem to go away. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for news from the road. People come in and out all day, asking about schedules and prices. We just tell them how it is based on the current situation. It's about getting things from one point to another without losing anything or getting too delayed. That's what we do every day and we don't think about it too much.
