This branch is tucked away in Chandni Chowk, inside the Kedia Market on S P Mukherjee Marg, at number 853/18. Being in Chandni Chowk means you have to be ready for anything. The lanes are narrow and the crowds are thick, but this is where the business happens. We’ve been running the Kanpur to Delhi route for a long time now. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the radio playing in the background. We don’t have much room for fancy things, so every inch of the place is used for files or stools for people to sit on. Our drivers come in here to get their papers before they start the long drive. It’s a tough route, especially with the weather and the traffic, but we’ve got it down to a routine. We don't try to sound like anything we aren't. We just carry goods back and forth. Some days everything goes perfect, and other days the trucks get stuck for hours. We just take it as it comes. The people in Kedia Market are like a little community, and we all help each other out when we can. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We’ve been at this spot for years and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon.
