Pure It Hrc, Noida

You can find us over at D-106 in Sector-49, Noida. It’s a regular building in a regular street, and that’s how we like it. We focus on IT recruitment here at Pure It Hrc, but it’s not like those big corporate places. It is just a small team of us working through piles of resumes and trying to keep up with all the new tech terms that keep popping up. Sector-49 is a nice spot, not as crowded as some other parts of Noida, so it is a bit calmer for us to get work done. We spend most of our time on the phone or emailing people back and forth. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy lobby; you just walk in and we’re right there. We try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone we talk to. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. It’s just about being practical. We have been here for a while and we know the local area well. Most days we just pack our lunch and sit together and talk about anything other than work for a bit. It is a decent way to earn a living, helping other people find their own paths in the tech world without any of the usual corporate fluff.
