Macus Engineering

Macus Engineering is based over at D107 in Sector 2 of Noida. If you know Noida, you know Sector 2 is full of small industries and offices. We have been working out of this space for a good while now. It is a practical location for us. Inside, it is mostly just workbenches, some heavy equipment, and a few desks where we keep the paperwork. We are not the type of company that spends a lot on office furniture or decorations. Most of our money goes into keeping the tools sharp and the machines running. The street outside is always busy with people moving back and forth between different units. We get a lot of local work from other businesses in Uttar Pradesh who need parts made or things fixed. Sometimes the orders are big, and sometimes it is just someone coming in with a single broken piece they need help with. We try to keep a steady pace, but things can get hectic when deadlines approach. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have the experience to handle the technical stuff. We do not have a big marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign at D107. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. The coffee is not great, and the floor is usually a bit messy, but the work always gets done.
