We are located in E 501 at the Vijaya Apartment in Ahinsa Khand 2. That is in the Indrapuram area of Ghaziabad. Our office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings in the city center. We deal with call services and communication tasks. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but we have gotten used to the constant hum of voices. The view from the fifth floor is not too bad. Mostly you just see the other blocks and the cars moving down below. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our lunch boxes. Often the smell of someone’s curry fills the whole place around noon. Parking is a bit of a nightmare around here, especially if you come in late. The security guards at the main gate are pretty strict, which is good I guess. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our computers and our headsets. Most of us live nearby, so we do not have to spend hours on the bus. It is a straightforward job and we try to do it right. Sometimes the power goes out, but the backup generator usually kicks in after a minute. It is just a normal day for us in Ghaziabad. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork just piles up.
