Aantrishti Human Development Soutions Pvt Ltd is the name of our company. I started this after I got my Bcom from Delhi University back in 1982. A few years later, in 1985, I finished my Mcom too. That whole time in school really helped me understand how people and businesses work. We are a private limited company now, but it’s still a very small operation. We don’t have a big fancy office with a receptionist. It’s just us in a simple room with our desks and some old files. We focus on human development, which basically means we help people and organizations figure out how to do things better. We aren't big on marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe. We’ve been around since the eighties, so we have seen a lot of changes in how things are done. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don't use big words or corporate talk. We just talk like regular people. We like to keep things straightforward and honest. It’s not about being the biggest company in Delhi. It’s just about doing the work we know how to do. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through documents. It’s a steady life and we’re okay with that.
