Adecco People One

Adecco People One is located over in Sector 53 of Noida, at C 4. This part of the city is always developing, so there is usually some construction noise nearby. Our office is pretty straightforward. We do not have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to work every morning and help with employment things. People drop by looking for jobs in the various companies around Noida. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking on the phone with candidates. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is here at the same time, but we make it work. The address is easy to give out to people, and most local rickshaw drivers know where Sector 53 is. We have some basic furniture and a small area for people to sit while they wait for their turn. It is a practical environment. We do not spend money on anything that is not necessary. The focus is just on getting through the pile of applications and making sure people are getting hired where they are needed. It is a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer heat here. It is just a normal office with normal people doing their jobs the best way they know how to do them every single day until we go home.
