A N R Software Pvt Ltd Noida is based at C 137 in Sector 19. We have been in Noida, U.P., for a few years now. Our team works on various software projects, which basically means we spend a lot of time sitting in front of computer screens and drinking tea. It is not as exciting as some people think, but we like the challenge of fixing code and making things work properly. Sector 19 is a decent area with plenty of shops nearby, which is handy when we need a break. Our office is fairly simple with a bunch of workstations and some old servers huming in the corner. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy coffee machine. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up or if a bug is being particularly stubborn. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the technical side of things. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know what we can do. It is a quiet existence for the most part, but we get the job done. Being in Noida gives us access to a lot of tech resources, but we try to keep our own operation small and manageable so we don't lose track of the details.
