Adecco India has a location at Hno 670 in Devlok Colony, right on Swarg Ashram Road in Hapur, Ghaziabad. Our office is actually set up in a house, so it has a very different feel than a typical office building. It’s more relaxed and local. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see us at our desks working away. We spend our days helping people from around Hapur and Ghaziabad find employment. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’re used to it. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice break from the main roads. We don’t use any fancy marketing words or try to sound like a big corporate machine. We are just a small team of people who know the local area well. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a lot of people come in to ask about jobs, but we just handle it one person at a time. It’s a very down-to-earth way of working. We don't have any big advertisements or polished slogans. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and do our work. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We are just part of the local community here in Devlok Colony, trying to be useful and keeping our heads down while we get through the daily tasks.
