Prakash Communication

We are Prakash Communication, and you can find our shop in Sector 49. It is a simple place where we take care of all sorts of mobile phone issues. We have been in this part of Sector 49 for quite a while now, so we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The shop is filled with glass cases that hold different types of phones and accessories like chargers and screen protectors. We spend most of our day behind the counter, either talking to customers or working on a repair. It’s not a corporate store with uniforms; we just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. We do a lot of recharges and help people set up their new phones if they are having trouble with the settings. Sometimes the shop is empty and we just sit and watch the street, and other times there are five people waiting at once. We don’t have a fancy website or big posters; we just rely on people knowing where we are. Sector 49 is a good place to work, and we have made many friends here over the years. We try to be honest about what we can fix and what we can't. If a repair is going to be expensive, we tell you first so there are no surprises. We just keep things moving and try to be a useful part of the community here in Noida.
