People Solutions Inc is located at 6B/B-5 in the Dhawalgiri Apartments. This is over in Sector 34 of Noida. It’s a pretty standard apartment block, nothing too flashy. We’ve set up our desks in one of the rooms and that’s where we spend most of our time. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. There’s usually a lot of talk going on because we’re always trying to figure something out. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy coffee machine. We just have a kettle and some biscuits for when we get hungry. The neighborhood is alright, plenty of trees around the building which is nice when you look out the window. We’ve been here for a while and the guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a humble sort of place. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk you hear from the big companies. We just focus on the work we have to do and try to get it done right. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s dark outside before we’ve even finished. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. It’s a small, honest operation. We like the independence of working from a place like this. It keeps things simple and direct. We just stay here and do what needs to be done every day.
